At the heart of our new facility is an automated laser welding system specifically designed for LiFePO4 cell interconnection. With real-time weld monitoring and tensile strength testing, we guarantee stable electrical performance for every 12V/24V/48V pack we ship. Battery Pack Assembly Workshop - Built for Scale & Precision
Our newly expanded battery pack assembly workshop is designed for workflow efficiency at scale. From cell sorting and module stacking to busbar welding and final casing, every station follows standardized SOPs with real-time quality checkpoints. The layout minimizes material handling time, allowing us to process bulk orders simultaneously without cross-contamination or mix-ups. With dedicated zones for pre-assembly, main assembly, and final inspection, we maintain full traceability from raw cells to finished packs—ensuring that your battery orders arrive on time.
